What's the hiring process?
If you’re a successful candidate, we’ll firstly arrange a call for a short chat to find out more about your current situation, experience and what it is you are looking for. Following this, we will then arrange an interview at a time which is convenient for both of us. We’ll also run personality assessment tests and role specific tasks.
How should I prepare for my interview?

As Launchpad’s Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by contacting warm inbound leads.
- Deploy, execute and optimize our world-class business development program.
- Work autonomously to close new business consistently at (or above) quota level.
- Conduct prospecting for qualified leads and determine fit (between 20 and 30 calls per day).
- Schedule consultative calls to determine prospects’ gaps.

- Monitor performance against key performance. indicators and implement improvement strategies as required.
- Identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities to help streamline the selling and fulfillment cycle and reduce administrative work for sales reps.
